Grammy Award winning country artist Crystal Gayle will perform at the Cedartown Performing Arts Center on Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m.

Gayle, the sister of country icon Loretta Lynn, enjoyed major success in the 1970s and 80s with such hits as “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue,†“Talking In Your Sleep,†“If You Ever Change Your Mind,†ItÐÔÊӽ紫ý Like We Never Said Goodbye,†“Wrong Road Again,†“Why Have You Left The One You Left Me For†and “I’ll Get Over You.â€
Aside from her music, Gayle is also known for her near floor-length hair that has been her trademark since the earliest days of her career.
Gayle has been included by Country Music Television on their list of the “40 Greatest Women of Country Music†and was inducted into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum. In 2009, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She is also a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
Tickets go on sale Friday, July 18 and range from $40 to $55 plus fees and will be available at by searching “Crystal Gayle Live in Concert” or by visiting .
