Independence Day (Friday): Another hot one

The national holiday is forecasted to be a hot one with highs in the upper 90s and more sunshine. If your grilling or planning to celebrate outdoors stay hydrated, wear a hat, sunscreen up and make frequent trips inside to avoid a holiday trip to the doctor.

Temperatures will cool come nightfall with lows in the 70s, perfect weather for fireworks and fireside chats.

Saturday: Just as hot

Saturday is looking like a carbon copy of the holiday with temperatures forecasted for the 90s and sunshine all day. And like Friday temperatures will drop to the 70s at night with mostly clear skies, perfect for left over fireworks.

Sunday: Sunny with a chance of rain

Wrapping up the holiday weekend there is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. with temperatures in the low 90s. The chance for rain drops to 10 percent before 8 p.m. before moving into mostly cloudy skies the rest of the night with a low around 70.

The week ahead: It could be rain

�ѴDzԻ岹��:��The rainy Sunday precedes a forecasted stormy week with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. forecasted Monday. Come nightfall the temperatures drop to the 70s and a 30 percent chance of showers and   thunderstorms continues.

�ճܱ���岹��:��There is a higher chance of storms moving into the week with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms with a high of 93. Later in the night there is a 30 percent chance of showers and temperatures in the 70s.
