Foremost in many peopleÐÔÊӽ紫ý minds is how much the new jobs will pay.
Based on information found on the job site , entry level jobs are estimated to pay $14 to $23 an hour. Experienced hourly workers, according to estimates, can make $20 to $38 an hour.
Supervisors, managers and people with certain types of experience can expect to make more. Wages can vary based on the area in which a facility is located.
Some leadership positions pay in excess of $100,000 a year.

Maintenance mechanic: $21.71-$22.91
Deboner: $14.31
Forklift operator: $18.03
Sanitation worker: $15.31
Refrigeration technician: $23.19
Quality assurance manager: $45,926-$80,672 per year
Shift leader: $38,666 per year
Production supervisor: $52,183 per year
Maintenance supervisor: $92,202 per year
PilgrimÐÔÊӽ紫ý employs 61,000 people around the world, including more than 32,200 in 14 ÐÔÊӽ紫ý states and in Puerto Rico, nearly 11,600 in Mexico and more than 17,400 in the U.K. and Europe.
Walker County Public Information Director Joe Legge said that PilgrimÐÔÊӽ紫ý already has ties with chicken producers in the county.
