Powder Springs native Julian Horton showed off his skill in combining fashion and functionality by earning national recognition as a finalist in the .

The contest, run by Duck brand, a duct and packing tape company, is open to students ages 14 and up in the United States and Canada. This year marks the 25th Stuck at Prom contest, where high school students can enter a handmade prom dress or tuxedo made using Duck brand tape to win one of two $15,000 college scholarships. This yearÐÔÊӽ紫ý contest saw 150 entries and was narrowed down to 10 finalists.
